Ethiopia Yirgacheffe IdidoEthiopia Yirgacheffe Idido is sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Idido coffee mill located in the Gedeo Zone of Ethiopia. The Gedeo region is named after the Gedeo people who are indigenous to this area. Idido located at 1,800 to 2,100 meters above sea level in Yirgacheffe. Farmers deliver cherry grown in the surrounding area. The distinct wet and dry seasons create prime conditions for coffee processing. 

Grade-G1Q1Grades in Ethiopia depend on visual inspection for defects and on cup quality. Grade 1(G1) is considered the highest quality coffee.

Roasting NotesRoasters should be sure to use a low heat as the beans are delicate, and over roasting can result in a bitter taste. Light and medium roast are popular, and provide the full flavors and rich aromas.

Brewing NotesThis coffee bean is known for being able to be brewed hot or cold. But it is not recommended to serve milk with this coffee as it dulls the acidity of the bean.
