Coffee Concentrate

Coffee concentrate can be widely used in the production of dairy products, beverages, ice cream, baking, candy, etc. According to different food production needs, we can provide customized coffee concentrate.

Hot-Brewed Coffee Concentrate

Ground coffee is fully extracted by circulating and stirring pure water above 85℃/185℉. This method can obtain a higher proportion of water-soluble components in coffee, thereby obtaining a full-bodied coffee concentrate.

Cold-Brewed Coffee Concentrate

Low-temperature extraction technology, using 5~15℃/41~59℉ cold water for 6-8 hours to soak or drip filter to extract the high-quality taste components in coffee powder, which can effectively reduce the bitterness of coffee liquid compared with hot extraction.
